Shipping methods

Orders are generally shipped within 10 business days of receiving payment. Shipments are made via COURIER. All shipping details are provided at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING TO ITALY and FRANCE: free for orders over €100 .

SHIPPING TO EUROPE: €19.00

SHIPPING TO UK: €29.00

ALL OTHER DESTINATIONS (flat rate): €39.00

Please note that any additional shipping costs (such as taxes, customs duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the user.

Returns

We do everything we can to ensure you're always satisfied with your purchases, and we're available to help you at info@bircagehats.com. However, if something goes wrong and the item you received from Birdcage Hats doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it! Returns are possible under two conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. After 14 days, we cannot offer you a refund.
  • Returned merchandise must not show signs of use or be altered in any way (worn, washed, ironed, etc.). It must also be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped and appropriately packaged.

Birdcage Hats reserves the right to refuse returns if they do not comply with the terms and conditions set forth in the return policy. In this case, you will be notified via email and will be able to choose whether to have the purchased products returned to you at your own expense. Otherwise, Birdcage Hats will retain the items and will not refund the cost.

Please note that, in accordance with current legislation, returns or refunds are not possible for custom-made items or for pieces for which specific modifications and/or customizations have been requested by the customer.

Start the return process

If you wish to return your product, please send an email to info@birdcagehats.com with the subject line "RETURN REQUEST" and include the name/order code and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with a return address.

Please do not ship items without prior notice, as we may not refund your purchase.

We apologize, but since we are a small company, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

Ship the return

  • Pack the items in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (tags, labels, branded box, etc.).
  • Also write (in block letters, if writing by hand) the name and address (including postcode) of both the sender and the recipient of the shipment on the package.
  • Entrust the package to the shipping service of your choice.
  • Fill out the consignment note completely and keep the shipping receipt.

Please note! The package must be sent using a method that allows for tracking and a shipping receipt. Consider insuring your shipment and retain the receipt; it will serve as proof of return.

Defective item

We strive to ensure that our creations are always perfect for our customers, but we too can make mistakes.

If you receive a faulty item and would like a refund, please email us at info@birdcagehats.com, including the product name/code of the faulty item and details of the problem, so we can investigate.

Please return the item to us following the procedure indicated in the RETURN SHIPPING section: we will examine the defective item and contact you by email within a reasonable period of time to inform you of your refund.

Refunds

It is our policy to process returns and refunds as quickly as possible. Once your return is approved, your refund will be credited to your credit card or issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

All custom-made or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and refund.
